These WowMerci E-Gift Card Terms and Conditions (these “Gift Card Terms”) apply to the use of a WowMerci E-Gift Card, purchased in digital form (a “Gift Card”). The purchase, redemption or use of a Gift Card constitutes acceptance of the WowMerci Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and these E-Gift Card Terms.
Gift cards are delivered by email immediately and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. To make a purchase with the card*, just visit WowMerci.com and redeem it by using the code provided in your email. It works the same as cash, and the remaining balance stays on the card until it's used up. This card can only be redeemed online at WowMerci.com. You may redeem multiple gift cards during checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees and never expire.
You can also save and use your gift card to your Apple Wallet on your iOS device. Emailed gift cards will include an Add to Apple Wallet button. By clicking that button to open, the gift card will automatically add to your Apple Wallet. As an Apple Wallet Pass, you'll be able to check your gift card balance and keep the redeem code handy for your online purchase.
*This card is issued by and represents an obligation of WowMerci. Gift cards may not be applied to previous purchases. Except where required by law, this card is non-refundable, may not be redeemed for cash or for the purchase of Gift Cards. For additional assistance, please email support@WowMerci.com.
1. REDEMPTION AND LIMITATIONS
Gift cards may be redeemed on WowMerci.com to purchase products and services. Visit WowMerci.com to redeem at checkout. Gift Cards may not be applied to previous purchases.
2. PURCHASE AND FEES
When you place an order to purchase gift cards, we need to ensure your payment method is safe and secure. The verification process is estimated to take 1-7 business days. The actual time frame depends on the payment method you select. Promotional offers and discounts may not be applied towards the purchase of Gift Cards.
No fees apply to Gift Cards.
3. GIFT CARD REDEMPTION
You may enter the gift card number and PIN number when you are checking out. The amount will be deducted from the gift card. If the payable balance is more than the balance on the gift card, you may select other payment methods to pay for the remaining amount.
4. VIEW BALANCE
You may check your Gift Card balance in your account.
The balance in your gift card may be used on WowMerci to purchase products and services. The gift card balance cannot be withdrawn for cash.
5. NON-TRANSFERABLE, NOT FOR RESALE
Gift Cards are non-refundable, may not be transferred once redeemed, and may not be redeemed for cash, except where required by law. Resale of Gift Cards is strictly prohibited.
6. VALIDITY PERIOD AND REFUND
The validity period for gift cards is 120 months after purchase. Once the validity period expires, the gift card cannot be redeemed. Once a gift card has been redeemed, it cannot be returned.
If an order is paid by a gift card and a refund was requested, the portion paid by the gift card will be returned to the gift card.
7. REASON FOR UNRECEIVED GIFT CARDS
After the gift card has been purchased successfully, it will be sent to the email address on file. If you did not receive your gift card number and PIN number, it may be because:
- You entered the wrong email address when purchasing the gift card. Please contact Customer Support to confirm and change the email address.
- Your inbox is full. Please ensure you have sufficient space in your inbox, then contact Customer Support to resend.
- It goes to Spam or junk folder. Please check your spam or junk folder because sometimes important emails go there.
- Our emails have been blocked by your mailbox. Please add WowMerci.com to your whitelist, then contact Customer Support to resend.
8. GIFT CARD LOST, DAMAGED OR STOLEN
WowMerci is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized gift cards. Lost, damaged or stolen Gift Cards will not be replaced or refunded. Neither WowMerci nor the Issuer shall have liability to you for any Gift Card that is lost, damaged, or stolen, or used without your permission.
9. PRIVACY POLICY
Personal information provided in connection with the purchase, redemption or use of a Gift Card will be governed by the WowMerci Privacy Policy.
10. NOT FOR PROMOTIONAL USE
Gift Cards may not be used in connection with any marketing, advertising or other promotional activities without WowMerci's written consent. Use of WowMerci's name, logo, trade dress or trademarks (or those of any of its affiliates) in connection with the purchase, redemption or use of a Gift Card, or use of a Gift Card in any manner that states or implies that any person, website, business, product or service is endorsed or sponsored by, or otherwise affiliated with, WowMerci or any of its affiliates, is strictly prohibited.
11. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS; INDEMNIFICATION
By purchasing, redeeming or using a Gift Card, you certify and represent to WowMerci that the activities in connection with which the Gift Cards will be used will comply with these Gift Card Terms and all applicable laws, rules and regulations, and that the Gift Cards will not be used in any manner that is misleading, deceptive, unfair or otherwise harmful to consumers or WowMerci or its affiliates. In addition, you agree to defend and indemnify VERLIZ LLC. and its affiliates from and against any claims, expenses or liabilities made against or incurred by any of them in connection with your use of the Gift Cards or violation of any of these Gift Card Terms.

These Gift Card Terms were last updated on April 16, 2022. We reserve the right to change these Gift Card Terms at any time. We recommend that you check these Gift Card Terms periodically for updates.
